Technical guidelines
To back up data using Nero BackltUp you follow step 4.
1 - Setting up context menu:
First, to create context menu (context menu) to Nero BackItUp, you should follow these steps:
Nero BackItUp boot from Start Menu> All Programs> Nero 7 Premium> Data.
Click File> Preferences (or use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + F).
On the General tab, mark "Enable Nero BackItUp in shell context menu.
Click OK to confirm changes.
After setting this option, the right-click on any directory (folder) or file (file) do, you'll see the option "Nero BackItUp".
2 - Four steps to backup data:
Step 1: You can select multiple folders / files need backup in Windows Explorer window by holding down the Ctrl key and click left.
Right-click and select Nero BackItUp> Backup selected files or folders (if this is the first time you perform a backup job) or select Add to current project (if you are currently dở backup process).

Step 2: - In the window of Nero BackItUp, you click Start Backup to start the backup.

Step 3: - The wizard Wizard appear and ask you to set basic parameters to operate the backup documents to CD / DVD.
In the Target box, you select the disk recorder suitable for the job.
In the Backup Type box, you should select Full Backup to backup the entire file in the directory.

Enter a name for the backup in Backup dialog name. In addition, you can also create annotations for each backup process by pressing the button "Add Comments" and fill in information needed to not be confusion with the other backup times.
Click Next.
Step 4: - wizard window Completing the Backup Wizard will let you know the settings of the recording, storage and the number of files will be written. For the parameters set as: File Filters, Virus Scan, compression, Encryption, Verification, Shadow Copy, you let the default because this is the optimal set of Nero 7. However, to enable 2 options: Encryption and Virus Scan, you must set up in the Backup Setting (see section "The Advanced settings" at the bottom).
Step 4
Click Backup.
In case you did not remove the CD / DVD drive to White, the program will appear in a new window asking you for the disk. If your disk CD-RW/DVD-RW available data, the program will ask you to delete all data on disk.
Click OK to finish recording.
Some advanced settings for Nero BackItUp
As mentioned above, you can activate virus scanning settings (Virus Scan) and data encryption (Encryption) as follows:
Click File> Preferences (or use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + F).
Scroll to the Backup tab and check the two options "Do a virus check before backup" and "Encrypt data before backup.
Click OK and name change process over.
Once you chose compressed data recording will take place when no longer compressed.
Backup tab, you can set parameters for the compression process when using disk compression click Settings button and drag the slider in the window "Set level of compression with the compression level" Low / Fast - Normal - High / slow "depending on the purpose of use.
Click OK to confirm.
